General information
In which countries is it possible to shop online? You can shop in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Europe (All), United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and United States of America.
Can I cancel my subscription newsletter? Yes. The newsletters can be cancelled by pressing the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.
Order
How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly? You should receive a confirmation email once you've placed your order, which will include your order number and the billing and shipping address you have selected.
Can I track my order? No, we do not offer a tracking service at this moment of time but will be available in future.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item? If you have received a faulty item or an item that you did not order, please proceed to return the item.
Payments
Which payment methods can I use to make payments? We currently accept the following payment methods: PayPal, GPay, ApplePay, Credit Card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard).
How do I use my promotion code? If you have a promotion code, please enter the code in the checkout page on the discount code field and click on apply. Please check the expiry date of your promotion code before applying it. Promotion codes cannot be applied to discounted items. You cannot use more than one promotion code.
Delivery
Where can I receive my order? Your order can be sent to the address you selected (work, home, etc.).
Refunds
When will I receive my refund for my return? You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase approximately 7-14 days after your parcel has arrived back to our warehouse.
Do I have to pay for returns? Returning an item at eddieo.com are always free of charge. Just simply use the return label that came with the packaging.
How long do I have to make a return? All returns must be made within 30 days from the order confirmation email. We at Eddieo.com reserves the right to decline returns sent beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the condition they were received in.
