Returns & exchange policy

Eddie O has a simple returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we guarantee to replace the item or refund your money. All you have to do is return your item with valid proof of purchase and we will refund or replace the item.

Delivery Methods

Your order is processed within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. Once your credit card or your chosen payment method has been authorized we will send you a shipping email to let you know your order is on its way. 

 

Shipping Methods

Royal Mail Standard -

This method will take 5-10 working days. This method is to keep costs down. If you require a priority delivery it will incur an additional charge of £8.00 to standard delivery charges.

Next day delivery will cost £16.00 additional to standard delivery
